To run CIEL applications on the Windows 7 operating system the following steps are required in order to have a correct installation without affecting the security of Windows:

1. In Control Panel/User Accounts/Change user account control settings, set Never notify.

2. CAUTION! It is recommended that before you start the installation procedure to check the regional settings of Windows:

6. Make sure on C:Windows on System32 or SysWow64(for 64-bit operating systems) folder that you have not selected the Read-only (right-click on the folder – properties).

a) Save all companies in all Ciel applications Ciel. Saving is done from the menu Tools – Save.

f) After installation, activate the application and restore the databases:
– Create all companies to be restored.
