Terms of service

Albuquerque Journal Invoice and Website Subscriptions Terms:

Albuquerque Journal subscriptions include unlimited access to our digital replica edition 'eJournal', our Apps, and our website abqjournal.com. For your convenience, delivery and billing of your subscription(s) are continuous, which automatically renew at the end of initial term. Future prices are subject to change. Your subscription will be on-going, regardless of vacation/stop interruptions. All home delivered daily subscriptions 'Sunday through Saturday' and weekend subscriptions 'Friday, Saturday, Sunday' will include the delivery of the Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day editions as well as up to twelve premium issues per year. Premium issues are published to provide additional information and value to our readers. You agree that you will be charged an additional fee for each premium issue published and delivered to you during your subscription period, as part of the cost of your subscription. The length of your subscription will be shortened by the publication of premium issues if those premium issues are delivered to you during your subscription. However, rather than have your subscription shortened, you may elect not to receive the premium issue by calling Customer Service at 505-823-4400. Thus, unless you elect not to receive the premium issue, you agree that the length of your subscription will be shortened in proportion to the value of the number of premium issues published and delivered to you during your subscription period. Depending upon the length of your subscription and the timing of the publication and delivery of premium issues, you will not be charged for any premium issue if none are published and delivered to you during your subscription. As such, in that case only, the length of your subscription will not be shortened.

After three years terminated accounts with a credit balance will be sent to the State of New Mexico, Unclaimed Property Division, less $25 dormancy fee.
